Returns and Exchanges

The satisfaction of our consumers is a priority for Narval Pharma. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service department to solve your doubts and questions in a personalized manner and in the shortest possible time.

If your order is wrong, defective or part of it is missing, don’t worry, we will solve it. Below, you will find the necessary information to process the return and/or exchange of products.

Change a missing or incorrect order

In case a product does not comply or is incomplete (wrong quantity, wrong product, etc.), we will cover the return or exchange costs.

Please contact our customer service at the following email address: pedidos@narvalpharma.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. Tell us your case, leave us your telephone number and contact details so we can solve your issue as soon as possible.

Return policy

If you want to return the order received, you may do so within 14 calendar days of the  purchase. The product returned must be in perfect condition, in its unopened original case.

To return the product, please contact our customer service department: pedidos@narvalpharma.com. Send us your contact details and we will give you the directions to send us the product you want to return.

When we receive the returned order and check its correct condition, we will make a full refund of the cost of the product(s), shipping and return costs not included.   

Shipping and costs

It usually takes 1 working day to peninsular spain. In some cases, it may take 48 hours depending on the courier’s schedule, or even a bit more for deliveries in Canary Islands and Baleares. 

You can choose a time slot for the delivery, such as from 9am to 2pm, or ask it to be delivered to the doorman or to a neighbour. Remember to leave us a clear and concise note when you place your order in the Observations section.

Shipping to Spain is free spending 40€,  for lower value purchases, the shipping costs 4.30€
